GRAND OPENING of Cuore Retreat

Welcome to our first yoga retreats. We couldn't be more happy and proud. This is the end of a dream and the beginning of a new chapter. We are creating these weeks with a feeling of abundance, of wanting to give back. Just like autumn arrives with fullness and a rich variety of harvest – we want to give you a meny of all the best. Inner and outer richness in the form of what we eat, what we teach and how we live. Yoga, meditation, movement and dance of course – but also time to feel deeply united with nature and life. This is a retreat with only 10 participants pr week. An exclusive and intimate group for deep work, healing and exquisite joy.

A week with healthy food and living, yoga twice pr day, creative projects, sunset meditations, evenings around the fire, cooking and exploring. 

Practicalities: We arrange pick-up from Firenze airport on the evening of 19/9 and 3/10, and transports back in the morning of 26/9 and 10/10. . Lovely, home-cooked food 3 meals pr day, vegetarian cuisine.

Your space at Cuore Retreat is reserved with a 30 % non-refundable deposit payment before 15/6-2026. The Early Bird price runs till 15/6 for both retreats. We ask the payment to be made in SEK to our Swedish account in Handelsbanken. Cuore Retreat is a Swedish registered company running yoga retreats and activity travels to Italy. ​​

Autumn events

We are thrilled to step into our roles as hosts. Some will visit us as yogis, yoga teachers and B&B guests – and others might be interested in a weekend workshop or simply a weekend with love and care á la Cuore Retreat. We have plans for this autumn, and will soon be back with ideas for your autumn visit to Cuore Retreat.
